Our Programs
Inclusive Education & Capacity-building
The program supports accessible and inclusive learning environments, provision of assistive technologies and learning materials, capacity building for educators on inclusive teaching approaches, and community awareness initiatives that foster positive attitudes toward inclusion. It also advocates for policies that strengthen inclusive education systems while providing targeted support such as scholarships, psychosocial services, vocational training, and employability skills development to enhance opportunities for employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods.
Emergency Humanitarian Assistance
The program provides life-saving support through food and non-food assistance, shelter and settlement services, camp coordination and camp management (CCCM), protection and safeguarding interventions, psychosocial support, emergency education, and other essential humanitarian services. It promotes dignity, resilience, and inclusion by ensuring that humanitarian responses are accessible, equitable, and responsive to the diverse needs of affected communities during emergencies and recovery periods.
Inclusive Livelihoods and Economic Empowerment
This program promotes sustainable livelihoods and economic empowerment for marginalized and underserved groups, including persons with disabilities, vulnerable women, and youth. The program enhances access to income-generating opportunities through agribusiness development, digital skills training, vocational and entrepreneurial skill development, innovative business enterprises, and support for small and micro businesses. By strengthening employability, entrepreneurship, and financial resilience, the program enables individuals and communities to achieve greater self-reliance and improved livelihoods
Protection Services
This program promotes access to justice, psychosocial support, and protection services for vulnerable and at-risk populations. It focuses on preventing and responding to violence, exploitation, abuse, and neglect through gender-responsive, child-centered, and disability-inclusive approaches. The program also supports safe spaces, community-based protection mechanisms, and initiatives that enhance the safety, dignity, well-being, and resilience of women, children, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.
Peace-building and Human Rights Advocacy
The program strengthens civic engagement, supports community dialogue and conflict resolution initiatives, and advocates for the protection and fulfillment of human rights, particularly for marginalized and vulnerable groups. It also facilitates access to legal aid and justice services, promotes inclusive governance, and empowers youth and women to actively participate in decision-making processes, leadership, and peacebuilding efforts. Through these interventions, the program contributes to sustainable peace, social harmony, accountability, and resilient communities.
Accessibility & Disability Inclusion
This program promotes the full inclusion and rights of persons with disabilities by ensuring that all interventions are accessible, inclusive, and rights-based. It supports the provision of assistive devices and mobility aids, the development of accessible infrastructure such as schools, health facilities, and community centers, and the promotion of assistive technologies. The program also strengthens awareness, capacity, policies, and institutional systems to advance accessibility and create inclusive environments for all.
Accessible WASH
This program promotes inclusive and resilient WASH services through the construction and rehabilitation of accessible, disability-friendly water points and sanitation facilities, including gender-sensitive latrines that meet the needs of women and girls. It strengthens community engagement and hygiene awareness, builds the capacity of local stakeholders, and addresses socio-cultural barriers that limit equitable access. The program also integrates WASH interventions into broader development and resilience efforts to improve health, dignity, and livelihoods.
Nutrition and Health
The program focuses on equitable access to quality health, nutrition, and mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services for persons with disabilities, vulnerable women, children, youth, and older persons. The program strengthens community-based health and nutrition interventions, maternal and child health services, disability-inclusive healthcare access, nutrition education, and disease prevention initiatives. Through integrated and inclusive approaches, it aims to improve health outcomes, enhance well-being, and build resilient communities.
