ብምትሕብባር ማሕበር ልምዓት ትግራይ (ማልት)ን ማስተርካርድ ፋውንዴሽንን፡ ብራይት ፊውቸር (Bright Future) ኣብ ወረዳ ላዕላይ ማይጨው ን160 መንእሰይ ደቂ-ኣንስትዮን ኣካላት ጉድኣትን ካብ ሰነ 16 ክሳብ 20/2018 ዓ.ም ንሓሙሽተ መዓልቲ ዝተውሃበ ዓቕሚ መዕበዪ ስልጠና ብዓወት ተዛዚሙ።
እቲ ስልጠና ካብ ምዕባይ ደርሆን ምህጣር ኣጣል/ኣባጊዕን ጀሚሩ ክሳብ ስራሕ ፈጠራ፣ ምሕደራ ፋይናንስ፣ ማሕበረ-ስነ-ልቦናዊ (psychosocial) ሕውየትን ዝሸፈነ ኮይኑ፡ ናይቶም ሰልጠንቲ ንጡፍ ተሳትፎን ተበግሶን ብሓቂ ዘተባብዕ እዩ ነይሩ። እዚ ስልጠና ተሳተፍቲ ናይ ባዕሎም ናይ ሕርሻ-ንግዲ (agri-business) ትካላት መስሪቶም ኣብ ከባቢኦም ኣወንታዊ ለውጢ ንምምጻእ ዘኽእሎም እኹል ፍልጠት፣ ክእለትን ዓርሰ-እምነተን ንክጭብጡ ዓብዪ ኣስተዋጽኦ ክህልዎ እዩ! 📈✨

Transforming futures in Laelay Maychew Woreda, central zone, Tigray! 🌟
In partnership with the Tigray Development Association (TDA) and the Mastercard Foundation, Bright Future just wrapped up an impactful 5-day intensive capacity-building training for 160 young women and people with disabilities in Laelay Maychew Wereda, Tigray.
From poultry and goat/sheep fattening to entrepreneurship, financial management, & psychosocial support, the energy and engagement from the trainees were truly inspiring. They are formally equipped with the tools, skills, and confidence to launch their own agri-business enterprises and drive local change! 📈✨
